• Service Provided: We only assist with Canada Visitor Visas (B1/B2). We do not handle Student Visas.
• Total Cost: The total cost for applying for a Canada Visitor Visa with VisaOnTime is ₹39,999, which includes the official Canada Visa Fee of $185 (approximately ₹15,500).

• What is the Process?

  1. Filling the DS-160 & Payment of Visa Fees:
     • The official Canada Visa fee of ₹15,500 Canada be paid directly through your bank account, debit card, or credit card on the official US government website.
  2. Scheduling Appointment Dates:
     • Appointment slots for biometric (fingerprint) and visa interviews are often available only for 2026 or later.
     • Our team monitors appointment availability throughout the day, searching for newly available or canceled slots. We strive to secure the earliest appointment possible, sometimes as soon as next week.
  3. Urgent Slot Booking Service:
     • If you have already completed the DS-160 form and paid the visa fees, our Urgent Slot Booking Service is available for ₹24,999.

Other Terms & Conditions:

• The $185 Visa Fee must be paid by you directly on the official Canada Visa Scheduling website.
• To book your appointment slot, you will need to provide your Username, Password, and Security Question answers for your www.canadavisa.com/ account.
• No Guaranteed Dates: While we aim to secure the earliest possible appointment, we cannot guarantee any specific date as it depends entirely on Canada Embassy availability. Appointments may be scheduled for next week or next month, but not later.
• No Negotiations: We work diligently to secure the earliest available dates among a large pool of applicants. Our services involve significant effort and resources, and the cost reflects the value of our work.
